Go 1.26.6 was not pre-installed; downloaded from go.dev and extracted to /tmp/go. No system packages were required beyond the downloaded Go tarball. All 107 test packages passed with zero failures on first run. The binary responds to --help (132 lines) and --version. Auth doctor reports 2 warnings (no keychain, no config) and 0 errors, which is expected without credentials.
