Sveltepress monorepo installs, builds, serves static docs site with all three locales (en, zh, bn), versioned routes, and pagefind search; CLI binary runs; all 642 tests pass.

Three user-facing environment issues fixed: Node version, missing pnpm, V8 heap limit. After fixes, full pnpm install, all package builds, docs-site static build (64 current + 564 historical routes), CLI binary, and test suite (642/642 passed) all completed successfully.
