OpenGateLLM tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

After fixing the Alembic downgrade revisions, OpenGateLLM installs, its unit (580) and integration (747 pass, 1 skipped) suites pass against real local Postgres 16.2 and Redis 6.2.14, and uvicorn serves /health 200, bootstraps the admin, and completes a real chat request end to end through a local mock provider.

No Docker and no system Postgres/Redis; used the real Postgres 16.2 and Redis 6.2.14 binaries bundled in pgserver and redislite wheels on localhost. Only the upstream LLM was a mock (local OpenAI-compatible HTTP server). Playground UI and make quickstart/dev were not run (Docker absent). The 'upgrade head again after downgrade base' path is still broken (modeltype enum); normal fresh install works.

Argusic installed OpenGateLLM in 12 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 6 of 7 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
