Rustman 0.3.15 builds from source on Ubuntu 24.04 with Rust 1.99.1, all 139 unit tests pass, and the GUI launches and stays up on Xvfb :99.

System -dev packages (libxkbcommon-dev, libxi-dev, libx11-dev, libxcb1-dev, libxcb-xkb-dev, libdbus-1-dev) were not installed but the build compiled successfully without them — iced/wgpu resolved headers through bundled deps. MESA/EGL warnings on Xvfb are cosmetic.
