This is RuleGo, a Go-language rule engine. The project uses the Go build system (go.mod, go.sum). No system packages needed. Go 1.27.1 was fetched and extracted at runtime. The ROOT package built and passed all tests. The server/ submodule depends on external unpublished rulego packages and could not be built independently.
