The Rust project compiles and all 22 automated tests pass. The halp CLI tool runs and successfully probes commands for --help and --version flags (verified with cat and echo).

All 22 tests pass (19 lib + 3 bin + 1 integration). halp --help, --version, and actual command queries (cat, echo) all succeed. plz subcommand requires a TTY for interactive dialog. No mocks needed.
