What the test found

PiVPN cannot be installed in this container because root access is required for apt-get, writing to /etc/, and systemd service management, none of which are available. All repository shell scripts pass syntax validation, the WireGuard crypto toolchain (wg binary) was compiled and verified from source, and the client/server config generation and QR code output logic were validated end-to-end through simulation.

All 26 bash scripts in the repo pass syntax validation (bash -n). The WireGuard wg binary was compiled from source (wireguard-tools-1.0.20210914) and key generation (genkey/pubkey/genpsk) works correctly. IP utility functions (decIPv4ToDot, dotIPv4ToDec, cidrToMask, etc.) were sourced from scripts/ipaddr_utils.sh and tested. An end-to-end simulation of the 'pivpn add' workflow generated valid server config (wg0.conf) and client config (foo.conf), recorded the client in clients.txt, and produced a valid 365x365 QR code PNG via the segno library. The Python wireguard-tools package was also installed and wg-py works. The ci_wireguard.conf unattended config format was validated against the install script's parser.
