What the test found

Enroute builds and passes all 22 integration tests, and the dev server starts listening for git on http://127.0.0.1:8080 and the grpc api on http://127.0.0.1:50051

Rust 1.98.1 was installed via rustup (not present in the container). The raft and crash tests are flaky under load and pass on re-run. All 22 test files pass clean on a full second run.

Argusic installed enroute in 25 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 2 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
