What the test found

Fresh-venv install of the README dependency list succeeds; the bundled offline suite passes 168/168 (3 opt-in live skipped by default), and the three opt-in live suites now pass against real Tencent/eastmoney/SSE/SZSE/BSE/央行 sources with no credentials after I fixed three source-drift bugs in SKILL.md (SSE margin pagination, BJ ST dedupe, SSE-e relative timestamps).

This is a skill repo (embedded Python in SKILL.md), not a desktop app; launch = executing the shipped code via its test suites. README pip install succeeded in a fresh venv. One transient upstream ReadTimeout (csindex.com.cn) occurred once and succeeded on rerun.

Argusic installed a-stock-data in 12 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
