LinkedIn (429) and ZipRecruiter (403) are rate-limited from this IP, which is documented expected behavior. All other boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, Bayt, Naukri, BDJobs, HelloWork) return real jobs. No mocks needed. `ruff check` and `mypy` both pass clean. Both main and MCP wheels build successfully.
