Nebula builds with just build, runs dry-run and ClickHouse-backed IPFS crawls against real network peers, persists crawl data to ClickHouse, and passes all 92 tests across 7 packages with Postgres 16.4 and ClickHouse 26.11 running locally on their test ports.

just tool was not pre-installed; downloaded just 1.59.0 from GitHub releases. maxmind package tests excluded because they require GeoLite2 ASN/Country .mmdb files from MaxMind (third-party, require license). just test recipe needs Docker which is unavailable; ran just test-plain with manually provisioned databases instead.
