autopulse v2.0.0 builds from source with all vendored dependencies, all 192 tests pass, and the HTTP server starts and correctly processes API requests with SQLite on localhost:2875.

No errors encountered at any stage. System had libssl-dev but pkg-config already installed. Rust installed via rustup. Vendored features bundled sqlite and postgres so no extra system libs needed. Total elapsed time approximately 5.5 minutes (rustup ~10s, build ~2m4s, test compile+run ~1m, server verification ~5s).
