All 24 skill frontmatter files pass validation, all 6 exported agent-native skills (an, visual-plan, visual-recap, visual-edit, turn-into-app, rewind) are in sync with the cloned framework, and the sync command copies them correctly into the repo.

This repo is a static collection of 24 agent skill definitions with two Node.js validation scripts (zero npm dependencies). It is not a runnable application or service. The standard install consists of npm install (instant, 1 package, no deps) and npm run check (validates all skill frontmatter and sync integrity with the agent-native framework). The agent-native framework must be cloned separately per CONTRIBUTING.md; it is installed to /tmp/agent-native with AGENT_NATIVE_FRAMEWORK_PATH set accordingly. After that, both check:skills and check:agent-native-skills pass cleanly, and sync:agent-native-skills successfully copies the 6 exported skills from the framework into the repo.

Argusic installed skills in 15.2 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 1 of 1 recorded error was worked through (see the timeline below).
