ghapi package installed in venv at /work/repo; Python API works both sync and async with real GitHub API calls; 5 CLI commands functional; all convenience methods (paged, sync_paged, call_gh, GhEvent, date2gh/gh2date, Scope, parse_link_hdr, sync_pages, gh_create_workflow, templates) verified working.

All core functionality verified against real GitHub API without authentication (unauthenticated endpoints). ghpath CLI has a pre-existing bug (exact path vs template path mismatch) that is not a regression. GraphQL and auth device flow require GITHUB_TOKEN and could not be tested. 5 CLI entry points verified: ghapi, ghraw, completion-ghapi, gh-create-workflow, and Python API all work correctly.
