cftunnel v0.4.4 (dev build 9654f3c) builds, runs, and successfully creates Cloudflare Quick Tunnels that forward HTTP traffic from localhost to a public trycloudflare.com URL.

Built from source with make build. cftunnel quick successfully created a Cloudflare Tunnel and forwarded HTTP traffic: curl through the public trycloudflare.com URL returned HTTP 200 with correct body. All 3 unit tests pass. No Cloudflare API credentials needed for the Quick (trycloudflare.com) mode.
