What the test found

Ponzu v0.11.0 builds and runs from the repo root: ponzu CLI shows version, the HTTP server starts and responds on /admin/init (200), /admin/login (302), /api/contents?type=Review (200), and /api/search (400) — the core HTTP API and admin system are operational.

Server handles admin init (200), admin login (302), and API content queries (200). Content generation via CLI works. Pre-existing test failures (TestParseType template path, TestNewName2Path missing fixtures) unfixed as they require a populated project directory.

Argusic installed ponzu in 15 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
