TypeScript builds cleanly, all 10 tests pass, and the MCP server starts and serves all 5 filesystem tools (read_file, write_file, edit_file, file_exists, list_files) over HTTP on port 3000

LlamaParse tests require LLAMA_CLOUD_API_KEY and skip when absent (as designed). All other tests run without external credentials. No mocks were needed or used. 6 errors found and fixed.
