What the test found

agent-purge CLI is functional from source checkout: all 8 subcommands (help, status, ls, use, mode, matrix, detect, web) work correctly, web server serves UI on port 7788 returning HTTP 200, and 70 test assertions pass. Added missing neutral.md persona template so first-run persona auto-generation works.

node v18.19.1 installed but project requires >=20 (works anyway, only warning). Tests: 70 assertions all pass. Web UI 200 OK. CLI all subcommands functional. No model API keys available for armor benchmarks.

Argusic installed agent-purge in 5 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 2 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
