BundleWatch installs, builds to lib, its jest suite (22/22) and lint pass, and its CLI analyzes local bundles, returning PASS/FAIL with correct exit codes, plus the comparison store flow runs against a locally mocked service.

Core analysis works fully offline. GitHub status reporting is a no-op without BUNDLEWATCH_GITHUB_TOKEN; with a fake token it 401s gracefully (logged, non-fatal). Stand-alone JPG test assets decode cleanly. No repo files were modified.
