What the test found
All three workspaces install cleanly, typecheck with 0 errors, and pass their full test suites (cod-server 3072 tests, cod-client-astro 254 tests, theme01 399 tests). The dev server binary (workerd) starts and binds to the port but OAuth provider initialization rejects HTTP URLs locally — every route returns 500 with 'authorization_servers must contain valid HTTPS issuer URLs'. No production code was modified.
The OAuth provider guard is a local-dev HTTPS requirement from @cloudflare/workers-oauth-provider, not a bug in the project itself. Tests exercise routes via miniflare directly and all pass. For full end-to-end dev server verification, the OAuth provider options would need to accept localhost (e.g., wrap in try/catch or skip OAuth in dev), but this was treated as out-of-scope code modification.
Argusic installed codflow in 16 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
