Swift 6.0.3 and MySQL 8.0.46 are installed and running. A pure Swift executable compiled with the MySQL C API successfully connected to local MySQL and executed full CRUD operations. The original OHMySQL Apple framework cannot build on Linux because its bundled MySQL.xcframework and OpenSSL.xcframework are Apple Mach-O binaries that require Apple toolchains.
