The kuku-ai crate (Tauri desktop AI runtime) compiles with mocked .pc files but its tests fail at link time because WebKit2GTK/JavaScriptCore/GTK3 are macOS-native system libraries. The Go server builds but requires Postgres to run. Everything else builds and tests pass.
