Real end-to-end verification with no mocks: MariaDB 10.11.14, PHP 8.3.6 (FPM), nginx 1.24; admin login and staff-panel re-auth both completed and Dashboard 200; API /info and /users 200 with key from DB; PHPStan and language-term CI checks pass. phpstan needed -d memory_limit=1G and direct phar load because vendor/bin/phpstan forks a child without the PHAR class when PHP_INI_SCAN_DIR is set.
