In this container, aurora 0.1.7 installs in a venv, its 19 tests pass, aurora new plus aurora build generates _site/index.html, and aurora serve returns HTTP 200 with the generated page on localhost:8000.

Pre-existing unaddressed issues: flake8 F824 on baseline global state line and isort import ordering that also fails on the untouched code. No third-party keys or network API calls are required.
