Theme template renderer generates themed configs correctly. The Quickshell desktop shell cannot be launched in this container (no compositor).

This is a desktop Linux distribution config/scripts repo (Arch Linux). No build step: all 490 bin/ scripts are pure bash. The CLI router, metadata validation, and test infrastructure are the runnable surface in this container. Shell tests: 274 pass, 46 fail (missing deps, no root), 2 hang. Quickshell QML not runnable (no compositor).
