Wizarr Flask application installs with uv, applies all 38 Alembic migrations cleanly, passes its 610-test suite, and serves HTTP on port 5691 with the home page redirecting to setup (302) and API docs available (200).

All 610 unit/integration tests passed. The app starts cleanly after database migrations are applied. The startup warnings about missing settings/activity_session tables are harmless artifacts of the app factory running before migrations in dev mode. No third-party API keys needed for base functionality.
