CaddyUI binary builds from source, all 11 test suites pass (0 failures), the web app starts and serves /setup with HTTP 200.

Go 1.26.6 was pre-staged at /tmp/go.tar.gz and extracted into /tmp/go. The app built with `CGO_ENABLED=0 go build` in ~20s. Caddy (the reverse-proxy peer) is not installed in this container so the admin-API connection was refused at startup, but the web UI still served HTTP 200 on /setup and 303 on /. This is expected per the docs. No third-party credentials were needed. Formatting (gofmt) and vet passed cleanly.
