What the test found

With Node 22.23.3 from ./.node on PATH, npm ci, npm run build, typecheck, lint, and the test suite all succeed (414/414 tests pass), and bin/claude-powerline renders colored powerline and TUI statuslines from piped hook data with exit code 0.

No third-party keys are required; usage segments render from transparent-path data and local git. ./.node (local Node 22.23.3) remains in the workspace; it is untracked and the repo itself is unmodified except generated dist/. Benchmark script is unusable without the bc system package (no root).

Argusic installed claude-powerline in 7 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 3 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
