npm install succeeded (754 packages), Electron v42.3.3 binary downloaded and version verified, all 332 tests pass across 9 test files, and the Electron app launches under Xvfb printing 'P3X-OneNote is ready' to stdout.

All errors resolved. No real Microsoft credentials needed — all tests are unit/integration tests exercising local logic. Dbus errors on launch are expected without a desktop session (non-fatal, cosmetic). The ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND for the index.html is expected because the full build hasn't been run.
