evcc tested by Argusic Runner

evcc builds from source, all 88 Go test packages pass, and the binary serves the full web UI and REST API in demo mode returning HTTP 200 on both / and /api/state.

No root access. Installed Go 1.23.4 (toolchain auto-upgraded to 1.27.0), Node.js 22.14.0, npm 10 from tarball. Used npm 10 to work around npm 9's inability to parse the npm:@scope/package alias syntax in overrides. Installed the vite-plus-linux-x64-gnu native binding separately because ignore-scripts=true prevented its installation during npm install.

Argusic installed evcc in 15 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services.
