Go 1.24.0 was not installed in the container. Downloaded Go tarball to /tmp, extracted to /home/runner/go, set GOROOT=/home/runner/go, GOPATH=/home/runner/gopath, PATH=/home/runner/go/bin. All 16 tests pass (13 in gokey, 3 in rsa). Binary builds and runs correctly: password generation, seed file creation, EC key derivation all verified end-to-end.
