catbus CLI is installed, builds, and all 962 offline tests pass. The binary outputs valid JSON envelopes for version, help, platforms, doctor, and handles platform aliases, native name mapping, and auth-required errors correctly.

Node 24 tarball was fetched manually (no nvm, no root). npm ci, assets fetch, and tsc build all succeeded with zero issues. The test suite runs offline against fixture/mock data covering 17 test files with 962 passing tests. No real API credentials are needed for verification.
