WhoDB backend and CLI binaries build and run, all core unit tests pass, and frontend compiles successfully.

All 49 core Go packages pass tests; 1 package (cmd/whodb/server_test.go) intentionally hangs on SIGINT integration test. CLI: 29/30 packages pass; 1 failure requires ee/core/graph/schema.extension.graphqls. Backend server starts and responds on :8080; frontend builds complete with tsc+vite. E2E Playwright tests require Docker containers for databases not available in this environment.
