Install succeeded via pip into a venv. CLI bootstraps, creates projects, runs lint, starts playground server, and dispatches all commands. Agent execution requires Google Cloud or AI Studio credentials which are unavailable in this container. The langchain extension test suite (47 tests) passes fully.
