With the fixes, ./quickstart.sh completes and launches the Hive dashboard on an available local port; /api/health returned 200, Chromium rendered the Hive landing UI without page errors, and make test exited 0 with 2496 core and 4381 tools tests passed.

Final ./quickstart.sh completed after fixes. The container's existing OpenRouter credential was validated and used, so no mock was needed. Optional system sqlite3, tesseract, and Chrome were unavailable; Playwright Chromium was installed and verified. No live LLM chat turn was run; full documented non-live suites and real server, UI, and chart rendering were exercised.

Argusic installed hive in 17 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 7 of 8 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
