What the test found

The frozen Python workspace installs and builds, the core and DevUI suites pass locally, DevUI launches and serves its health and entities APIs, and a directory-discovered agent completes a streaming invocation through a local Responses mock and returns DEVUI-MOCK-OK.

Only a local OpenAI Responses mock was needed; no real credentials were used. Repository changes are the DevUI metadata refresh and its regression test. Core tests required bounded xdist workers because of the container CPU-affinity mismatch.

Argusic installed agent-framework in 0.2 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 4 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
