blogr builds from source, all 136 tests pass, project init creates a valid blog, site generation produces complete HTML/CSS/JSON output to dist/, and the dev server serves it on HTTP 200.

Rust 1.99.1 (stable) installed via rustup. 136/136 tests passed. Build and serve verified end to end with HTTP 200. The file-watcher (inotify) fails in containerized environments with low max_user_instances; disabling auto_reload works around it cleanly.
