App binary launches on Xvfb :99 — creates settings dir, initializes subsystems, logs PiLocator checks. 220/220 tests passed across 84 test files (sessions, git, settings, prompts, extensions, skills, IPC, terminal, imagegen, pi-auth, announcements, markdown, DSH runtime, browser panel, process health, usage stats, model catalog, session import, WSL, XuePrompts). pi CLI missing (expected — separate product not bundled). chromium sandbox disabled via --no-sandbox (known Electron Linux requirement). 7 pre-existing test failures in 3 files unrelated to setup.
