Go 1.27.1 was missing and had to be downloaded and installed. The grafana/mcp-grafana Go project built and all 973 unit tests passed. The binary started and responded to MCP tools/list with all tools. Integration tests require a Grafana instance via docker-compose which is unavailable in this container (no Docker).
