The backlog.md CLI installs, the repo builds, type-checks, lints, and passes the full CI test suite, and a fresh project initializes with task create/list/view/search/board plus a web server answering 200 on / and JSON on /api/tasks.

Published npm CLI 1.55.3 and repo build 1.53.0 verified. Bun 1.3.14 (CI-pinned) installed user-level. Browser served HTTP 200 on / and returned task JSON from /api/tasks at 127.0.0.1:8932. 'bun run check' and tsc clean. No repo files modified. Excluded test is environmental (needs ssh-keygen, unavailable without root).
