gh binary builds from source, runs gh version and gh help correctly, and all 386+ offline unit tests pass with no code changes required.

Built gh from source (go1.27.1) using 'make'. Binary bin/gh confirms version 31d9601. All 386+ unit test packages passed with no code modifications needed. The 3 errors were all container environment variables (PAGER, GH_PAGER, NO_COLOR) leaking into isolated tests — fixed by unsetting them before test runs. Acceptance tests not run (require real GitHub credentials/permissions).

Argusic installed cli in 27 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
