restic 0.19.1-dev builds cleanly, the binary compiles and runs, backup/restore works on the local backend with end-to-end verification, all 52 test suites pass, except 2 mount-integration tests that require /dev/fuse which is unavailable in this unprivileged container

Remaining failures: TestMount, TestMountSameTimestamps (need /dev/fuse, unavailable in unprivileged container). All 52 non-mount test suites passed (48 ok, 4 no-test-files). Go 1.27.1 is newer than go.mod's 1.25.8 but compiled cleanly.
