The textbee.dev monorepo builds and runs: API (NestJS) compiles and initializes all modules; Web (Next.js) builds all routes; all 67 API test suites (1478 tests) and all 49 web test files (428 tests) pass.

Both API and web apps install, build and pass their test suites. Polar webhook tests previously failing due to Node 18 crypto gap now pass. API launches but cannot fully boot without MongoDB (expected).
