The Rust workspace builds, all 382 tests pass with zero warnings from clippy or fmt, and the cell binary runs headlessly: reads stdin CSV, opens native .cell format files, evaluates formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, COUNT, IF, ROUND), writes cells back, and accepts --read, --write, and --eval flags with correct output.

Rust 1.99.1 installed via rustup. No docker images or third-party keys needed. TUI mode launched correctly under script(1) (entered alternate screen, killed by timeout). Benchmarks skipped due to long runtime.
