Pylips installs into a .venv and, after two code fixes, runs end to end against a schema-correct mock Philips TV API: API discovery, digest-auth pairing, GET/POST built-in commands, and MQTT listen+update modes with status publishing, all verified by direct command output and mock request logs.

Verified end-to-end against self-stood-up schema-correct mocks: a Philips JointSpace TV API (http 1925, https 1926 with TLS and digest-auth pairing) and a minimal MQTT 3.1.1 broker (1883). No real TV/broker credentials required; mocks were sufficient.
