Active Support test suite runs successfully (2598 tests, 8333 assertions, 11 pre-existing backtrace_cleaner failures unrelated to installation).

No real database servers available so db/active_record tests require setup beyond this environment. Remaining failures in backtrace_cleaner_test.rb are pre-existing test issues, not regressions.
