What the test found
The official SnowAir-Lite.exe self-test runs under Wine 11.21 and passes 12/12 with exit 0, but the GUI cannot start because Wine does not implement the Microsoft WinRT DispatcherQueue and Composition APIs the app requires, and the source cannot be built on Linux without VS2026 and the unpublished Ling framework.
Used the real pre-built SnowAir-Lite.exe v0.1.16 (SHA256 98790b3b772eb6006ea660f49c6432ce811f80e7a006a0e11529eedc3a15909e) under a downloaded Wine 11.21 amd64-wow64 build. Its built-in --selftest genuinely executed: 12/12 PASS, exit 0. An independent Linux port of the same pure logic passed 26/26. GUI could not be verified end to end: a cross-compiled WinRT probe under Wine returned 0x80040111 for Windows.System.DispatcherQueue and an unregistered-class error for Windows.UI.Composition.Compositor, which cannot be mocked without reimplementing Microsoft's compositor/runtime. No real credentials were involved.
Argusic could not fully install SnowAir and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 0 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
