Frontend installs and builds (vite dev server serves 200), and the FastAPI backend installs with Poetry, connects to a real local PostgreSQL 18.4 and Redis 8.10.2, applies Alembic migrations, and serves authenticated API requests (login returns a JWT, GET /users/me returns the admin user) while its pytest suite reports 74 passed and 3 failed.

Docker unavailable, so README's docker-compose path not used. Frontend: npm install OK, npm run build produced dist/, vite dev server returns HTTP 200. Backend: poetry install exit 0 after header/wheel fixes; real Postgres+Redis stood up rootless; alembic migrations applied; pytest = 74 passed, 3 failed (1 docker-only /app path + 2 upstream test-authoring bugs). Real DB-backed login returned a JWT and /users/me returned the superuser.
