Fluent Bit v5.1.3 builds from source. Binary launches at /work/repo/build/bin/fluent-bit. 96/97 internal tests pass; the flb-it-network IPv6 test fails because IPv6 is disabled in the container.

Could not install system packages via apt (no root). Built m4, flex, bison, libyaml from source into $HOME/.local. IPv6 disabled in container causes 1 network test failure.
