Full integration suite (3418 tests) takes 15+ min; verified 1310+ tests across checkpoint, blame, diff, cherry-pick, rebase, stash, amend, agent presets, worktrees, and async_mode. All pass. Requires RUSTUP_TOOLCHAIN=stable for integration test subprocess.
